We are technical experts in all aspects of the transportation analysis required for major developments. Large developments often require applying a travel demand forecasting model. Our modeling team has worked intimately with most travel demand models currently used in the greater Bay Area, and we have even developed local travel forecasting models for numerous cities in the Bay Area.
