| Hexagon prepared the traffic study for the proposed Oakridge Mall expansion under contract to the Westfield Corporation. The proposed expansion consisted of the addition of 85,000 square feet of movie theater space plus additional retail and restaurant space. Hexagon prepared the traffic study in accordance with City of San Jose requirements. It was determined that the expansion would have an impact at one off-site intersection. Mitigation measures were identified for the impact. Hexagon also analyzed the existing and proposed access to the mall and recommended several improvements to enhance access and safety. The expansion was approved by the City of San Jose. | |
